The Work Packages and Action Managers Committee (WPAL) is composed of the coordinators of the work packages and actions of the programme, as well as the Executive Director and the Deputy Director of Infrastructure.
The Work Packages and Action Managers Committee coordinates the programme's work packages and actions, reports on progress, ensures the coherence of its actions, and takes the appropriate measures to respond to the recommendations made by the governance bodies (COS, CCU, SAB, IAC, EC). It contributes to the activity reports by providing key elements to the Steering Committee and by collaborating in the drafting process.
The Work Packages and Action Managers Committee meets at least once a month, face-to-face or remotely.
