One the missions of the IFB is to improve sharing of knowledge and the diffusion of its expertise in bioinformatics. To pursue this mission, the IFB can provide a financial support for workshop organization, thematic scholar programs, hackathons, symposiums, etc.
As a national infrastructure of services for bioinformatics, the IFB do not have the sole purpose to finance some events exclusively related to a “research” domain. Those are under the supervision of the GdR BIM.
Both of these structures trades to one another the support requests depending on the orientation of their demands

To submit a request for subvention, any applier must download this form (choose your favorite format) and send it by mail to the "Guichet".

The request will be evaluated by the IFB heads and, if required, transferred to the GdR BIM to fulfill a potential complementary advise.
The decision about granting support and the amount of subventions will send you back as soon as possible.
